Acting Class resumes September 16!!

You will learn rehearsal and performance skills that will increase your skills as an actor. You will become more alive and reactive with scene partners and experience deeper trust in yourself and increase the joy of character transformation. Fear will decrease as creativity increases. We focus on improvisation, script analysis, voice, actor physicality from several techniques and the tools of an actor’s craft

Teacher: Shauna Kanter, artistic director of Voice Theatre has taught acting at: The Stella Adler Studio, NYU School of the Arts, the T. Schreiber Studio and the New Actor’s Workshop. In the UK at: Mountview Theatre Conservatory, Bristol Old Vic Theatre School and Middlesex University. She has directed over forty-five main stage productions in eleven countries from Ramallah, Palestine to Aberdeen, Scotland to San Antonio, Texas. Most recently she directed
SUMMER AND SMOKE, REFUGEE STORIES and THE IMPORTANCE OF BEING EARNEST for Voice Theatre.
