A smash comedy hit on the London and Broadway stages this riotous fiasco comes to a climax when a séance takes place in the home of the sophisticated novelist, Charles Condomine and his wife Ruth. Charles has invited the self-proclaimed medium, Madame Arcati, to conduct the séance and Arcati has somehow managed to materialize Charles’s first wife Elvira, dead seven years. Elvira refuses to leave.

Open Auditions – The Skin of Our Teeth by Thornton Wilder

Auditions are for Equity and non-Equity actors.

We are seeking 9 male, 9 female actors, all types, ages and ethnicities. If you play an instrument and/or sing that’s a plus.

We are also looking for volunteer production assistants.

Auditions are being held by appointment on Saturday, March 11th and Sunday March 19th at the Woodstock Reformed Church, 16 Tinker Street, on the Village Green, enter through the back door, parking is in the rear.

Rehearsals begin May 23rd and the production opens at the Byrdcliffe Theater July 6th – 23rd 2017. We will have day, evening and weekend rehearsals. Performances are three weeks: Thursday – Saturday at 7:30pm, Sunday matinees; 2pm.

Acting Classes

The Adult Acting Class has three spaces left, anyone interested?

Class starts Monday night 6-9pm October 3rd and will culminate with exciting performances: a Monologue Improv Slam at the renovated Colony and  Belonging and Bullying a project based on the writing of refugee children exploring their definition of “home”.
